Dozens of new images showing items bought by Peter Murrell using stolen SNP funds have been released since his release from prison. He has been imprisoned for more than five years..

Pictures taken by Police Scotland Long-term investigationThe prosecution has now completed the case.

They include pictures of the £124,550 motor home parked outside Murrell’s mother’s home at the time, as well as luxury bags, watches and pens he bought illegally.

Many of the images were taken at the home Murrell, 61, shares with his estranged wife, former First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.
