The Italian league reveals the details
The president of the Italian League, Luigi De Ciervo, has decided on his position to hold the Italian Super Cup in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia next season in 2026-2027.
The last edition was held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and there was a contractual option to host the next season as well.
But it seems that the Saudi Sports Ministry has decided not to use this point, so it will look elsewhere.

He continued. “There’s a theory that we could play in the US and there’s an idea of other places and we could play it in Italy for a year as well.”
Napoli won the Italian Super Cup in December 2025, defeating Bologna in the final at the Al Awal Park Stadium in Riyadh.
