LexisNexis Dragons recorded their third win of the season in the Netball Super League with an emphatic 65-64 victory over Nottingham Forest.
Georgia Rowe scored a game-high 35 goals for the Dragons as they completed the double over their opponents, defeating them in round six.
Rolen Strutker added 31 goals to Forest’s scoreline, but could not prevent the fourth-placed side from losing.
Fifth-placed London Mavericks closed the gap on Forest to six points with a 63-60 win at Leeds Rhinos.
George Inger and Emily Andrew scored 27 and 22 respectively for the Mavericks as they bounced back from last week’s loss to Manchester Thunder.
Page Reid was the Rhinos top scorer with 20 goals and his team finished seventh with just one win all season.
