Neither “Al-Hilal” nor “Al-Nasr” Saudi club ends the contract with the world cup-winning star.

The newspaper explained that the agreement between the two parties involves the signing of a one-season contract with the possibility of an extension for an additional season, provided that the deal is completed on a free transfer after the end of his contract with Emirati club Al Jazira.

The signing of 33-year-old Fekir comes to give Abha a huge attacking boost, especially after the outstanding numbers the player put up last season for Al Jazira, where he scored 10 goals and set up four more in 25 appearances.

The French star has had a busy career in European stadiums, where he excelled at Olympique Lyonnais between 2013 and 2019, before a successful five-year spell at Real Betis in Spain before moving to the UAE in 2024 with Al Jazira.
