This is a game that Motorola has used throughout its history Moto G phones to keep prices stable, but it’s more difficult now with rising prices. Fortunately, the performance is completely fine. I’ve been using this phone for about a month and haven’t had any issues, outside of when I’m launching the camera app. You’ll notice its limitations running heavy games – something competing phones won’t have – but it’s generally more than adequate.
There is a slight bump in the battery capacity to 5,200 mAh, and I can go two full days with light use of approx. One day, after nine hours of intense screen time, I had to turn off the phone again around 7pm, so if you are screen-maxxingyou should add it once a day. Overall, I’m happy with the water. Good thing: There is wireless charging, so you have two ways to charge.
As for the 6.7-inch, 120-Hz The AMOLED screen, I never had a problem reading on sunny days, but like the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, Motorola’s automatic display is very difficult and always turns off the screen when I don’t want to, so maybe it’s something you can be confused with (you can turn off the backlight).
Blur Camera
The camera system is where the Moto G phones have always struggled, and now, compared to other $500 phones, the Moto G Stylus still falls short. The main 50-megapixel camera – in well-lit homes – struggled to capture a sharp image of my dog when it moved slightly. (I have a lot of blurry pictures.)
When they are quiet, there is usually another problem, such as too dark shadows or too bright. I’m looking at one of my pet photos, the camera tried to make the room look good, but my son’s eyes are black, and you can’t see the details on his nose – it’s a lack of black. In these very different color schemes, you’ll see the colors appear more abstract, too. With good lighting, you can capture good results, although the 13-MP ultrawide still struggles with colors; the sky has an unnatural blue hue. The selfie camera is pretty good, even if I’m going back.
