Microsoft 365 Copilot achieves faster and cleaner navigation

Microsoft is to install a modified version of Microsoft 365 Copilot, offering a cleaner design that the company says packs twice as much. As part of this change, Copilot will provide reliable and stable solutions that are easy to analyze, according to Microsoft.

The update, which is happening on desktop and mobile devices, comes with what Microsoft calls a “gradual rollout.” This means that Copilot will give you tools and controls based on your speed, rather than displaying multiple options at once. Now you can create your own text directly inside the Copilot loading box, which will expand to fit whatever you type or paste into it.

Within Microsoft 365 applications, Copilot opens a side panel, where they can answer questions, or give suggestions and edit your document. You can also open a chat window within a paragraph, spreadsheet cell, or slide.
