Mercato Fire.. Real Madrid sets price on star to fund 7 deals

Real Madrid are set to sacrifice two of their stars to finance new deals in the summer transfer window in preparation for the new season.

Real Madrid go into next season looking to improve conditions after two consecutive goalless exits with multiple disciplinary crises in the dressing room.

For this reason, The Royals seem to be in charge of their new manager, Jose Mourinho (Not officially announced yet), he will have a hot Mercato given the need for extensive team changes.

Multiple media reports indicated that Real Madrid had completed the signings of Ibrahima Konate (on a free transfer from Liverpool) and Denzel Dumfries by paying Inter’s release clause (€20 million).

Real Madrid will not be content with these two deals, but will step up their efforts to include 6 or 7 deals this season, knowing that they now have Bernardo Silva (a free agent out of contract with Manchester City) and Matthew Fernandez (West Ham) in their sights.

On the other hand, Real Madrid will have to sacrifice some of their stars to finance new deals, and the Royals chose the pair of Eduardo Camavinga and Fede Valverde.

In this regard, the journalist of Radio Marca and Onda Cero, Miguel Serrano, reported that Real Madrid set a price for Eduardo Camavinga, because the leaders of the Royal Club want to sell him for 50 million euros, noting that he joined the Merengues in 2021 for 30 million euros and has a contract with the club until 2029.

While Real will ask for €100 million to part with Fede Valverde pending English offers, these two deals could help Real make it an interesting transfer market for the club’s fans.

Reports in the Spanish press suggest that the likes of Raul Asensio, Fran García and Dani Ceballos could also leave the Santiago Bernabeu, with Franco Mastantuno and Gonzalo García set to go out on loan.
