Marvel has announced Ryan Gosling as Ghost Rider, the new Black Panther, and more


While perhaps less so than in years past, Marvel had some big reveals planned for Comic-Con. The highest profile was the announcement that Ryan Gosling will join the MCU as Ghost Rider, directed by Shawn Levy (Deadpool & Wolverine) stand-alone feature set sometime in 2028.

The studio also brought out Ryan Coogler, who confirmed Black Panther III is expected to be released on December 15, 2028. Also announced by David Jonsson (Long haul, Alien Romulus) as T’Chala’s son and the new Black Panther in the franchise.

Marvel also showed off some new stuff Avengers: Doomsday trailer and it looks like they will reveal one more member. Ryan Reynolds appeared in the crowd as Deadpool and stood up to ask the film’s directors, Joe and Anthony Russo, if there was a place for him in the film. He said the film was done, but he could make some adjustments. It was also confirmed that Hayley Atwell is returning as Peggy Carter.
