Mahrez’s replacement… Al-Ahli are close to signing Ronaldo’s friend

Press reports revealed that today, Sunday evening, the management of the Saudi Al-Ahly club is close to including one of the players of the Portuguese national team in the current summer transfer period.

“Al Ahly” had terminated the contract with Algerian Riyad Mahrez and is now looking for a good alternative to replace him in the new season.

Reliable Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Al-Ahli are currently in advanced talks with Sporting Lisbon to sign Francisco Trincão to fill the winger position in the new season.

He explained that the negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing and the player is open to moving to Al-Ahly, and the value of the deal could reach around 50 million euros.

Trincao, along with the legend Cristiano Ronaldo, is currently in the finals of the World Cup with the Portuguese national team, but he has not yet had a chance to participate.
