Kemi Badenoch: Andy Burnham is a ‘people pleaser’ with an ‘airy tale’ plan.

“It was all Labour, Labor that, their faction, their issue. I’m not sure he knows what the country’s priorities are and I think if he’s prime minister without him, he’s going to use his own words,” she told the BBC.

Burnham, who was re-elected to parliament a month ago, stood as the sole leadership candidate earlier this week after being backed by 379 Labor MPs, as well as 11 unions affiliated with the party.
