Former bantamweight world champion Jason Moloney has signed a multi-fight deal with Zuffa Boxing.

Moloney (29-4, 20 KOs) won the world title in 2023 by defeating Filipino fighter Vincent Astrolabio.

The Australian defended the belt against Saul Sanchez in an epic 12-rounder before his reign ended with a loss to Yoshiki Takei in Tokyo in 2024.

He is currently the WBC’s No. 3 ranked contender and is looking to secure another belt as soon as possible.

“I love what Zuffa is doing, giving the fans great fights every time and matching the best with the best,” Moloney said.

“That’s what I’m doing, fighting the best and being the best,” Moloney said.

Moloney joined Zuffa on the back of a unanimous decision win over challenger Andre Donovan in July.

The bill is topped by a middleweight world championship clash between Ireland’s Aaron McKenna and Italy’s Itinosa Oliha and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
