It is noteworthy that Stones will meet his former partner in “Manchester City”, defender Manuel Akanji, who permanently moved to “Inter” after the end of the lease period of the 2025-2026 season.

The Italian league champions have also signed Serbian midfielder Aleksandar Stankovic from Club Brugge and goalkeeper Ivan Provideli from Lazio this summer.
