The notice said he he was wanted and Monaco for intent to murder, placing an explosive device in a public place with intent to commit a crime and conspiracy.

Monaco authorities have not identified any of the three people who were injured in Monday’s explosion at the apartment door, but said they were a family and appeared to have followed them.
Media reports named the Ukrainian tycoon Vadym Yermolayevhis partner and his son as injured.
Yermolaiev said he renounced his Ukrainian citizenship nearly a decade ago and was persecuted in Ukraine in 2023 because of his ties to Russia.
The friend remains in critical condition, prosecutors said Friday, citing two other “victims” who suffered minor injuries in the attack.
Morgan Raymond, Monaco’s deputy prosecutor, said the bomb was detonated remotely, using a remote control. The remains of the bomb are being analyzed in France, he said.
He added that the suspect was initially identified as a heavily built man who appeared to be male, wearing a long-sleeved black top, light shorts and a black bucket hat. A detailed review of CCTV footage from the previous days and testimony from witnesses revealed that the suspect was a woman disguised as a man.
The judicial inquiry also looked at whether the suspect had an accomplice or acted on behalf of another.
“The complexity of the explosive device and modus operandi indicates that the person who planted the device did not do it alone,” Raymond said.
Two men were taken into police custody as part of the investigation, but both have been released.
Investigators also identified a rental car with German license plates used by the suspect in Monaco. The suspect fled France and traveled through several European countries to his country of residence.
Raymond said his last address was in Germany, “a country where the judicial cooperation is very active”.
German detectives issued a statement saying they searched the rented house and car of a 39-year-old Ukrainian woman, who has not been named, as part of the investigation.
“Evidence has been found that will be presented to the Monegasque authorities,” he said, adding: “The wanted woman is on the run.”
The attack shocked the Mediterranean nation, which is known for its wealth. Prince Albert II of Monaco described it as “disgusting” and said all public services had been strengthened to ensure safety.
