In the video.. Will Saeed Bin Rahman sacrifice the World Cup for Al Hilal?

The Algerian star can participate in the World Cup for the first time

Algerian Said Bin Rahman, NEOM’s winger, has become a major concern of Saudi football fans in recent hours after almost missing the team’s next match against Al Hilal in the Roshen League.

French coach Christophe Galtier, the coach of the NEOM team, confirmed Benrahma’s absence due to injury when the team visits Al Hilal at the Kingdom Arena tomorrow, Saturday, in the thirtieth round of the Roshen League.

Galtier’s comments sparked a controversial situation, especially as the match will be crucial in the Saudi Arabian league battle, as any slip-up by Al-Hilal will mean Al-Nasr will be officially crowned with the title until the last round.

However, MBC 1’s Nadina host Abdul Rahman Al-Hamidi confirmed that Ben Rahma had in fact been injured in the previous Roshen League game against Al-Shabaab, necessitating his absence against Al-Hilal against his wishes.

“Bin Rahman had an X-ray which confirmed that he has a muscle injury which is not serious, but if he plays in the next match against Al Hilal, the injury will get worse.”

“NEOM does not want to risk the player as he has been called up for the World Cup with Algeria and if he is injured it will affect his preparation for next season.”

He concluded. “The player is very determined to participate and wants to play the match, but this matter depends on the decision of the NEOM coach and medical staff.”

Benrahma is considered one of the most popular stars of NEOM this season, as he participated in 28 matches, during which he became the author of 10 goals and 7 assists.
