The star of the Moroccan national team, Sofia Rahimi, said that the players of “Lions” fully understand the magnitude of the responsibility placed on their shoulders before the start of the World Cup competitions.
The Moroccan team is in the third group of the World Cup, next to Brazil, Haiti and Scotland.
Rahimi added in media statements. “Any player strives to honor his country at the World Cup and we are fully aware of the responsibility.”
He continued. “We look forward to our loyal fans continuing to provide strong support and assistance to this group of players.”
He pointed out. “We enter the United States of America camp with strong resolve and great determination to give our best on the field. Our primary goal is to please the Moroccan people and the general public, who expect a lot from us.”
Rahimi emphasized. “Today, the Moroccan national team is no longer an easy number in football equations, but has become a rival for which one can give a thousand scores.”
He concluded: “We are going to the World Cup with one consistent motto, which is fierce competition for the World Cup title, God willing.”
