Apple CEO Tim Cook’s last time hosting the annual global developer conference (WWDC) is near here.
The the outgoing one The Apple CEO will lead the conversation announcing new features about Siri, iOS, and Apple’s smart initiatives. It may be the last look at the company’s vision from the leader who looked at it turning Apple being a large subscription business.
The WWDC keynote begins Monday, June 8, at 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. Eastern). You can see the directions here on this site, or on Apple WWDC website. It will also play live YouTube and Apple TV app.

As always in these cases, rumors have been circulating. Here’s what to expect from Apple’s announcements at WWDC.
OH OS
As it does at almost every WWDC, Apple is expected to announce a new operating system for its software. Both should have the OS 27 moniker, as Apple has recently taken a step towards naming next year’s operating system. This means iOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, etc.
Apple seems eager to boost performance across all of its systems, prioritizing maintenance and stability for major new features. There should be a bundle of AI infusions, known as Apple’s Intelligence features. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple is expected to introduce some new AI features that allow you to create your own. digital certificates of events and distribute bills and take a picture of the receipt.
Siri was great
Everyone is waiting for the big light of Siri.
Apple’s sponsor has been the company child problem for a while now, more often annoying than really helpful. It was supposed to be replaced by Apple Intelligence a few years ago, but it was delayed. Now, finally, Apple is expected to announce its big changes to Siri, inspired by a partnership with Google to integrate Siri with its Gemini AI.
Apple and Google’s deal has been in effect since 2024, but neither company has confirmed the details until a shared knowledge in January that described a “multi-year partnership” to add features to Apple Intelligence and Google Gemini. The statement also promised “a more familiar Siri coming this year.” WWDC seems like a good time for such news to come out.
