Hits and fights in “Real”. the dressing room turns into a battlefield

Real Madrid are facing a deep internal crisis that threatens to blow up their dressing room as the club look to end a disastrous season without a title amid escalating disputes between players and coaching staff.

A fierce argument ends with the destruction of Ceballos

Prominent media outlets, including ESPN and Marca, revealed that a heated confrontation took place between coach Alvaro Arbeloa and Spanish midfielder Dani Ceballos, which ended with the latter’s dismissal from the team.

The crisis began when Ceballos, frustrated with his lack of participation, asked to meet his coach last Thursday, but the meeting turned into a bitter row that led to a full-time break between the two sides.

Imminent summer departure

Ceballos, 29, has not played actively since returning from injury in early April and it appears the rest of the season will not see him back on the pitch.

The player is currently set to leave this summer with a year to run on his contract, a move that management welcome to reduce the wage bill and make room for new blood in the midfield.

Ceballos, who was linked with Olympique de Marseille last summer, is keen to return to his parent club, Real Betis, Sevilla.

Complex disagreements and sharp divisions

Arbeloa’s crises have not been limited to Ceballos, but have expanded to include acrimonious differences with Raul Asensio, who is also suffering marginalization, in addition to a strained relationship with Dani Carvajal.

Carvajal, who was named as a replacement for Trent Alexander-Arnold, is extremely frustrated with his place in the team slipping in the weeks leading up to the World Cup, raising tensions in the Royals camp.

Rüdiger’s anger makes matters worse

In another development that reflects the scale of the crisis, a few weeks ago there was a violent confrontation between German defender Antonio Rudiger and one of his teammates.

According to ESPN, Rudiger, known for his sharp temper, “completely lost his temper” during the confrontation, in a scene that reflected the state of chaos in the dressing room.

Arbeloa loses control

These developments reveal the extreme difficulty Arbeloa faces in managing the dressing room and the inflated egos of the team’s stars at a critical time when Royals need internal cohesion to finish the season on a high note, despite their coffers being empty of trophies for the first time in years.
