Request reciprocity
Popular Algerian commentator Hafid Daraghy of BeIN Sports has appealed to the management of Egyptian club Zamalek to provide extra tickets to Algerian fans who have flocked to Cairo for the CAF Confederation Cup final second leg against USM Algiers scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday at the Cairo Stadium.
4 thousand Algerian fans in Cairo
Draghi said on his official Facebook page that he made a private visit to the Egyptian capital this Friday morning where he met hundreds of Algerian fans who had come from different regions to support their team in the crucial match.
“The Zamalek administration has allocated 2,000 tickets for Algerian fans, as stipulated by the Confederation of African Football regulations, but it seems to me that the number of Algerians transported to Cairo is approximately 4,000 supporters.”
Reciprocity appeal
Draghi asked the Zamalek administration to consider the possibility of providing additional tickets that would allow Algerian fans to attend the match and contribute to creating an exclusive atmosphere together with Zamalek fans, similar to what happened in the first match.
He noted that the USMA administration had reserved an entire stadium for Zamalek fans during the first match at the Algiers Stadium on July 5, which ended in a clean-scoring victory for the Algerian national team, saying:
Fiery final in Cairo
