They say that Memorial Day is the beginning of summer. Govee currently has several color changing lamps in its stable, and the Lamp 2 Pro is the most capable of the bunch. It combines a color-changing smart light with a JBL Bluetooth speaker, resulting in a device that can cover your home with RGB lights while you play your favorite T-Swift or Bad Bunny tunes (or whatever the kids are up to these days). It’s not waterproof, sadly, but it’s portable at just 5 pounds; It also has a 5,200mAh battery, which provides about 4.5 hours of run time per charge.
For its 360-degree lighting, the Lamp 2 Pro uses 210 LED beads, each individually dimmable and capable of displaying all colors and up to 600 lumens of bright white light. As for the integrated JBL speakers, they are good enough. It produces clear and mid-range sound, making it perfect for listening to the radio or your favorite podcast. Bass response is minimal, though it’s loud enough to use at your next shindig.
