Germany’s rail network has come to a complete halt due to an IT failure


German rail company Deutsche Bahn has suspended train services across the country due to nationwide IT disruptions.

All train services have been suspended and trains are being held up at stations following the disruption of the country’s digital railway radio network.

According to a Deutsche Bahn spokesman, the outage affected internal communications; Technicians are working hard to resolve the problem, he said.
