Bayern Munich have begun their move to strengthen their ranks in a special Premier League deal.
Mundo Deportivo, citing Sky Sports, reports that Bayern Munich have already opened talks with Newcastle to sign Anthony Gordon, who is also interested in Barcelona.
Newcastle have demanded €90m for Gordon to leave, a sum which the German club appear unwilling to pay.
The report also suggests that Gordon’s likely final transfer fee could range between €75m and €85m with variables.
Reports confirm that Barcelona have already been informed of this valuation, as have Arsenal and Liverpool, as the two English sides are monitoring the playmaker Gordon.
Gordon made a strong impression against Barcelona in the Champions League this season, scoring in the group stage at St James’ Park, but the Catalan club are not prepared to pay this big fee.
