The Moroccan team enters the World Cup with great expectations
Hector Bellerin, the current player of Real Betis, Arsenal and Barcelona, has nominated Morocco to reach the finals of the 2026 World Cup.
Bellerin said today, Wednesday, during announcements on the official pages of “Real Betis” about his expectations from the tournament. “Spain and Morocco will reach the final and La Roja will win the World Cup.”

The Moroccan team is in the third group of the World Cup with Brazil, Scotland and Haiti, and the Spanish team is in the eighth group with Cape Verde, Saudi Arabia and Uruguay.
Spain won the World Cup title once, in 2010 in South Africa, when they defeated Holland (1-0) in the final match, with a goal scored by Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta in the 116th minute of the second extra time.
As for the Atlas Lions, their most notable global achievement came in their last match in Qatar 2022, when they finished fourth after losing to Croatia (2-1) in the qualification match.
