For the second time… leaks threaten the future of the former Real Madrid player

The former Real Madrid player’s future is under fresh threat following a leak about him on social media.

“The club announces that it is aware of posts circulating on social media relating to right-back Alex Jimenez,” Bournemouth said in an official statement.

“The club is aware of the seriousness of the matter and is currently investigating it. Accordingly, the player will not be included in the squad for tomorrow’s Premier League game against Fulham and the club will not comment further at this time.

Alex Jimenez previously left Milan at the start of this season after leaks surfaced of him insulting coach Massimiliano Allegri.

Jimenez confirmed the leak was valid during his time with AC Milan and that he asked to leave to avoid further tension in the Rossoneri dressing room.

Notably, Alex Jimenez grew up in Real Madrid’s academy before moving to AC Milan on loan in the summer of 2023 before the Rossoneri bought his contract the following year.

Jimenez moved to Bournemouth on loan at the start of the season with the right to buy before the English club activates the clause.
