After an impressive return to the Scottish Premiership, Falkirk manager John McGlynn is aiming for another top-six finish despite summer changes.
The Bairns lost several of their key players at the end of last season, including top scorer Bernie Stewart.

As they begin their new campaign against St Mirren on Saturday, live on Sky Sports, McGlynn continues to aim high.
“If you can do it once, you can do it twice,” he told Sky Sports News.
“But we also understand that season two is always going to be probably more difficult.
“(There’s) a big change in players, the first time we’ve had such a big change. At the end of last season we lost 15 players, some big players.
“Bernie going to West Brom, Calvin (Miller) going to Hearts and losing Dylan (Tate) to Dundee United – plus all the loan players who have done really well for us.

“We’re always ambitious. We want to do the best we can. Like many teams, first and foremost, you have to be in the league.
“That’s what we tried to do last season. We were aiming for 15 points after the first 11 games. We were able to replicate that through the second lot and get 45 points in the third, which put us in a very, very comfortable position.
“It is a goal that we will try to achieve if possible. At this stage, anything is possible.”

Falkirk manager John McGlynn told Sky Sports News he was delighted to be linked with the vacant Scotland job, but insisted he was fully committed to the Bairns.
The 64-year-old has been touted as a potential Scotland head coach following Steve Clarke’s resignation following his World Cup exit.
While happy, McGlynn insisted he was focused on the new Premiership season.
“For such high-profile people in the game to put my name down for that job is amazing,” added the former Hearts boss.
“I’m obviously fully committed here and I don’t have any contact, so I’m very focused on work, but it’s nice to have people who are pushing me and supporting me in that way.
“I think they know what I’m like and how well I’ve done, so it’s kind of a recognition. It’s nice to hear that, but I’m taking the job now.

Asked if he would be interested if approached by the Scottish FA, he added: “Obviously, the SFA will have to go through the proper process and talk to the club and see where it goes if it comes.
“I’m concentrating on what I’m doing now.”
