England star surprises Bellingham with exciting announcements

England star Jordan Henderson has defended his compatriot Jude Bellingham ahead of the start of the Three Lions’ 2026 World Cup campaign.

But Henderson, who was speaking from England’s training headquarters in Kansas City, backed the 22-year-old, stressing that he is capable of making a big impact at the tournament.

Henderson said in statements published by the BBC. “I remember 6 years ago when he had his first international game and the growth he has achieved as a player and as a person since then is truly amazing.”

He added: “I had a good idea from the first time I saw him play and train and his demeanor. What he has achieved so far at such a young age is exceptional and I think everyone forgets how young he is, even me sometimes.”
