Lukaku and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois are on Belgium’s World Cup roster
The coach of the Belgian national team, Frenchman Rudy Garcia, has published the list of the team for the competition 2026 World Cup Championshipwhich is scheduled to be held in less than a month in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.
Garcia’s announced list included 26 players, led by regulars such as Jeremy Docu, Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
Lukaku has managed to recover from a recent injury that has affected his participation for the national team as well as for his club Napoli.
The Belgian team is in Group G of the World Cup with Egypt, Iran and New Zealand.
The European team is scheduled to open its campaign in the tournament by facing the Pharaohs on June 15.
