The late payment comes as health officials confirm the virus has reached two more states.

Hospital staff Ebola patients in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) they have gone on strike saying they have not been paid for several months, which has caused the site to stand still.

Meanwhile, a second US citizen with Ebola was admitted Monday to the Frankfurt University Hospital in Germany. Timo Wolf, head of the special isolation unit, said the patient’s condition is “still stable”.
