Diamond League: Sherika Jackson breaks record by winning 200m in Xiamen.

Two-time 200m world champion Sherika Jackson won the 200m Diamond League race in Siamese.

Jackson broke the meet record and narrowly missed the world lead by 0.01 seconds, clocking 21.87 seconds to win.

The Jamaican led from the field and showed her power with her energy.

Shauna Miller-Ubo (22.04) and Anavia Battle (22.29) both ran season bests to finish second and third respectively, but that didn’t seem to bother Jackson.
