Depending on the model, the version of: Promise is the limit of the international version

In the last few years, many of us have gotten a crash course in what we call modern science – but in reality, it’s been very difficult in the major languages. Increasingly, however, LLMs are no longer the only AI class drawing high expectations, large rounds of funding, and significant research and product development.

Over the past year, we’ve seen many new announcements in the so-called “international models,” and you’ll see more movement in the coming months and years.

Instead of or in addition to working with languages, global models look to establish a foundation for AI systems that can simulate the world, or make useful simulations.
