The conference championships start this week, and in the SEC, especially, that means plenty of matchups between ranked teams. Oklahoma still tops the polls, just behind Nebraska, Alabama and Texas Tech. But they will all be right heading towards regionals. Teams near the bottom of the polls need to gain some momentum this week to begin their push toward Oklahoma City.

Jalia Lassiter, outfielder, LSU
Lassiter won SEC Player of the Week honors after going 8-for-13 in LSU’s series against Auburn, including a 25-0 shutout. The Tigers will play a key role in making a postseason push.

Oklahoma lost the first game of its series against Texas A&M but won the following two games to take the series. They were inspired by plays like this one by Abby Dayton.
