A hospitality lounge at the Aphidia Stadium has pictures of Ulster’s storied history on the wall.
There are two stand out silverware celebration teams.
The most famous day for the Irish province is winning the European Cup in 1999.
The other was a Celtic league win in 2006, but hasn’t been added to Ravenhill’s honors board for 20 years now.
Ulster have a chance to change that as they face Montpellier in the Challenge Cup final in Bilbao on Friday.
Richie Murphy heads into the game on the back of a disappointing end to their United Rugby Championship campaign, as they finished ninth, just outside the play-off places.
But the slate was wiped clean after a review on Monday and for head coach Richie Murphy, the chance to win a trophy and join the nine heroes of the year gone on the walls of the County Lounge is one “we want to embrace”.
“We want to try and achieve what they have achieved,” he told BBC Sport NI.
“You know, guys don’t shy away from the task at hand, but also dream of coming back here on Saturday morning with a trophy. You know, that, you know, you can’t just dream. You’ve got to have a plan.
“You have to make sure you work really hard to prepare to be your best. And that’s what we’re going to do.
“Guys are looking around and seeing history on the walls, and they’d love to be a part of that history.”
