The legend of the Pharaohs confirms that England is Spain’s easiest opponent
Egypt legend Mohamed Abutrika hopes Argentina will qualify for the 2026 World Cup finals to face their Spanish counterpart, who secured their qualification on Tuesday night.
Spain reached the final for the second time in their history after beating France 2-0, and will face the winner of Argentina v England on Wednesday night.
Abu Trika said after the Spain-France match via BeIN Sports, “We watched the final between Spain and England in the Euro 2024 final (which was decided by the matadors), and now we want to watch the final between Spain and Argentina.”
He noted that the England team is the easiest opponent for Spain in the finals, noting that Argentina’s team will be more difficult due to the presence of Lionel Messi.
Abu Trika explained that England and Argentina teams rely heavily on individual elements.
He continued. “England are just two players, Harry Kane and (Judd) Bellingham. The team scored 13 goals and this pair scored 12. On the other hand, Argentina is (Lionel) Messi.”
He asked. “Which one of them will ruin the double for his team: Kane and Bellingham or Messi?”
