Best Digital Wall Calendar (2026): Skylight, Everblog, Apolosign

What makes Skylight great is the software. It’s easy to use, and it quickly sent my Google Calendar and various calendars shared to it, so I can always add my family’s schedules to this tool. The left page shows all the pages you can exchange with. Calendar, Lists, Activities, Rewards, Food, and Recipes are the main areas you’ll encounter, and you can find the Photos, Sleep, and Settings pages from the same menu.

The software and interface of the device is clean and natural compared to other models that sound like Android tablets and advanced calendar added. I was able to easily share calendars with family members that I created on the device. I gave my husband’s calendar to him without having to sign in or order it, and I would give any calendar I made to my son. I also liked that events that are shared between our calendars can only be seen once with our two types added to show that it works for both of us.

Lists and Tasks sound similar, but Tasks are designed to work like a rough chart, linking back to the Rewards page to create habits and earn a reward you set when you hit a certain goal. The main audience for this is children who are old enough to look at the calendar. Lists are for things like your grocery list, and if you add recipes to the Recipe List and add them to your meals for that week, Skylight will offer to put those ingredients on your shopping list.

Skylight’s downfall is a paywall. To get access to food planning, rewards, slideshows, and Sidekick’s built-in AI tool, you’ll need to become a Subscriber for $79 a year or $8 a month. Having this device double as a digital camera makes it worth it to me. I love having two of my favorite things nearby: photos of my family and access to our shared calendars.

Everblog HomeCal has an operating system that sounds similar to Skylight. It still has that Android feel, but it doesn’t feel like a big tablet like the Apolosign or Cozyla calendars do. The setup was beautiful, but there was a delay for the device to be updated with my calendar invitation, and it would take a while for the changes I made to Google Calendar on another device to show up on Everblog. Sometimes I would see events missing from my calendar when I tried it, but for the most part it worked fine. Everblog also turned the email account for each calendar I connected to the device into a separate account, which was annoying. I can delete additional emails when I’m on other pages outside of the calendar, though, so I didn’t have a separate profile on my Work page for example.
