Beau Greaves has made even more history after becoming the first woman to qualify for a European Tour event – and do it twice!

Greaves will compete in the Hungarian Darts Trophy in August and the Czech Darts Open in September after coming through the European Tour 11 and 12 qualifiers respectively.

In the first of those qualifiers, Greaves started at the top 160 with a 6–4 win over Andy Bolton and a 6–2 win over Charlie Manby.

The 22-year-old beat Arno Mark 6-4 to break into the top 20.

Greaves reached new heights in a crunch match against Tom Bissell, averaging 103.03 for a 6-4 win that secured his place in Hungary.

In the European Tour 12 Qualifier, Greaves first beat Wesley Plaisier 6–3, then saw off Core Dekker 6–1 with an average of 96.42, before beating Lukas Wenig 6–5 to reach the Czech Darts Open.

It is not, however, the first time that Greaves has made history.

Back in April, he Became first woman to win PDC Rankings title with historic 8-7 win over Michael Smith Players Championship 11 in the final.

She produced a stunning victory over world No. 1 Luke Littler at the PDC World Youth Championships last October and already has more than 50 titles in the PDC Women’s Series.

Not only that, she became the first woman to hit a nine-darter on tour in February.

Before Greaves, Lisa Ashton was the first woman to win a tour card at Q-School (2020–21). Fallon Sherk is the first woman to win a match at the PDC World Darts Championship (2019). And going back to 2009, Anastasia Dobromyslova, who was the first woman to beat a male professional in a Grand Slam of Darts on TV.
