Barcelona star dedicates La Liga title to Flick

“Barcelona” star Pedri gave the title of the Spanish league to his German coach Hans Flick.

Barcelona won the La Liga title for the 29th time in their history after a 2-0 victory over arch-rivals Real Madrid in the 35th round of the competition.

Barcelona’s score rose to 91 points, 14 points behind Real Madrid with 3 rounds remaining.

“We wanted to win here in a Clasico that will go down in history, so we had a great match,” Pedri said, as reported by Mundo Deportivo newspaper.

He continued. “We will celebrate the crown and the El Clasico victory with family, friends and fans because it doesn’t happen every day.”

Pedri stressed: “We wanted to win El Clasico for the sake of Flick and his father, who died.”
