Arsenal have won their first Premier League title since 2004 following a 1-0 win against Burnley.

Arsenal are about to end their 22-year wait to win the Premier League again beating Burnley 1-0 to open a five-point lead at the top.

Kai Havertz headed in the only goal on Monday but was also lucky to avoid a second red card that could have swung the contest in Manchester City’s favour.
