Former England winger Chris Ashton believes this disciplinary approach is a weakness that opposition teams try to exploit.
“If you’re playing against England, you know they’re going to give away penalties and make some stupid mistakes and that’s going to cost them games,” Ashton told BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra.

Meanwhile, Argentina head coach Felipe Contepomi accused England of showing a “lack of respect” in his post-match news conference.
Contempomi was different from the music and noise of the English changing room next door.
When the English representative in the room did not comply with his request to stop his shouting, he got impatient and left the room.
