Saudi Arabia goalkeeper Mohammed Al Owais caused panic in the corridors of Al-Akhdar, hours before the 2026 World Cup second round match against Spain tomorrow, Sunday.
It was reported that Al Owais was injured in the last minutes of the match against Uruguay in the first round, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Saudi Arabia’s recent training session saw Mohammed Al Owais not take part in the final part of the training session and he remained on the bench along with some members of the technical staff.

The presence of Al Owais caused concern and questions until all the media that attended the training confirmed the player’s safety and full readiness to fight in the Battle of Spain.
