Al-Hilal is three times more than Al-Ittihad.. How much will Saudi clubs profit from the 2026 World Cup?


Saudi Arabia’s clubs will earn huge sums from the 2026 World Cup starting on June 11, which is being hosted by the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.

The International Football Federation (FIFA) has announced the rewards that different clubs around the world will receive for their players to participate in the World Cup, as each club will receive no less than $5,000 per day for each player.

The Saudi Arabian League is the 6th most represented league in the 2026 World CupIt includes 49 players from 11 clubs representing 19 teams from different continents.

“Al Hilal” is considered the most represented Arab and Saudi team in the world championship with 12 players, which means that it will receive no less than 60 thousand dollars a day from FIFA.

After that comes the clubs “Al-Nasr” and “Al-Ahli”, where 9 players from each team are present at the world championship, then they will receive 45 thousand dollars a day, and “Al-Qadisiya” will receive 30 thousand dollars for the participation of 6 players.

As for Al-Ittihad, it will receive just $20,000 per day for the participation of its 4 players in the 2026 World Cup, which means it will receive a third of traditional rivals Al-Hilal.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi Arabian national team, which includes most of the players from the Rochen League, plays in the eighth group of the World Cup, alongside the national teams of Spain, Uruguay and Cape Verde.
