“Al Hilal” is delaying the fulfillment of the request of the Saudi Arabian Federation regarding the national team

As the Saudi Arabian national team prepares to compete in the World Cup finals in about 40 days, the identity of its head of administrative staff is still pending a response from Fahd Al-Mufaraj.

Al-Hilal club’s executive director of football, Fahd Al-Mufaraj, has asked the management of the Saudi national team for no less than two weeks before joining the Al-Akhdar administrative body to close a number of files and special ties with his club.

Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadiya confirmed that Al-Mufaraj, who is still on duty at Al-Hilal, has received a firm response from team management that he needs to decide on his acceptance or rejection position as soon as possible, given the tough schedule ahead of the World Cup in the US, Mexico and Canada next summer.

The reporter noted that if negotiations with Al-Mufarraj fail, Saleh Al-Daoud will continue as national team manager until the end of the World Cup, while Al-Mufaraj will begin his administrative duties with Al-Akhdar after the tournament, while Al-Daoud returns to his previous position as the general supervisor of the neighbors’ regional training centers.
