Ben Hamida is considered one of the most outstanding graduates of the Esperance Academy in Tunisia, where he rose through the club’s various age groups before reaching the first team. During his career, he had two successful loan spells with Olympique de Beja and Mostak Slimane before returning to Esperance.

At the international level, Ben Hamida has a lot of experience with the Tunisian national team, as he has become one of the key players in the “Carthage Eagles” ranks. His most recent notable milestone was a starting appearance at the 2026 World Cup finals.
