Al Hilal club legend Mohamed Al-Dea has sparked controversy with strong statements about the future of the team led by Italian coach Simone Inzaghi, stressing that the latter’s continuation could cause crises in the dressing room, as his artistic ideas differ from the identity of the “leader”.

Al-Deai has addressed the possibility of Frenchman Karim Benzema moving to Al Hilal, stressing that the veteran striker will not succeed with the team given the Italian coach’s style.

He explained. “Benzema will not succeed with Al Hilal because of Inzaghi’s style and their presence together will make it very difficult to implement ideas.”

Al-Deaiah’s announcements come as Al-Hilal continue their preparations for the new season in anticipation of what will result from the technical and administrative changes the club is witnessing this term.
