What did the former goalkeeper of “Al Hilal” say?
Former Al-Hilal goalkeeper Mohamed Al-Deaya has renewed his attack on Portugal’s Sergio Conceicao, Al-Ittihad’s coach and the club’s management, over fluctuations in the level of the first-team football this season.
Al-Diya’s attack comes despite Al-Ittihad’s 2-1 win over Damak in Round 32 of the Roshan Professional League on Sunday night.
Muhammad Al-Deayi said during the Saudi “Dorena Ghair” program. “I’m certainly saddened by the situation the federation has reached and I think the AFC Champions League elite schedule will be a big disaster.”

He added: “Many of the federation’s downfalls this season have been borne by the administration, which has been driven by some poor decisions at more than one level, be it contracts or the selection of technical staff.”
He continued. “Al-Ittihad won the league and the cup last season and so it’s unacceptable for him to end up like this and go out without the championship this season and that’s something that worries any Al-Ittihad fan.
He continued. “In the particular Damac match, the changes were not successful and I felt that there was a misunderstanding of the game by the technical staff, which affected the team’s performance.”
He concluded his speech. “I see that Sergio Conceicao does not provide the necessary technical solutions, does not read matches correctly and does not even know anything about football, and therefore the team must re-evaluate its technical situation at the end of the season.”
