Saudi Arabia’s Al Ahly are set to sacrifice their Algerian star Riyad Mahrez this summer in exchange for one of his teammates joining the Desert Warriors.

But the scene suddenly changed after Al-Ahly management decided to end their relationship with Mahrez before the end of the June 30 deadline, as the two sides agreed to terminate the contract by mutual consent, according to Saudi media reports.
