Paris Saint-Germain became the first team to win a Champions League final from behind (conceding the first goal of the game) since Real Madrid did so against their neighbors Atletico Madrid in the famous final on 24 May 2014.

The Merengues then won their tenth Champions League title, defeating Atlético (4-1) in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon.
