Aerogarden Recommends Everyone It’s $83 Right Now, 63% Off.

I don’t know whether this is a mistake or a last-minute admission, but I have no doubt: Aerogarden Bounty’s top qualitywhich normally sells for $220 or more, just dropped 63 percent, to $84. I am it’s currently still $230 on the Aerogarden website. Even though I’ve been angry before, this is something that makes me angry.

When someone new to hydroponic gardening asks me what system they should start with, I almost always tell them to start with Aerogarden. These gardens have been around forever, and are unpretentious and easy to maintain – just add water and nutrients every few weeks. That’s right. No mixing with pH or all dissolved solids or pipes and hoses.

You don’t even need to use custom settings for this model, although this model comes with a set to get you started. While it’s still Prime Day, grab the sponges and baskets (also on sale right now—50 for $13) so you can use your seeds to grow in the garden or transplant them outside.

Usually, if you’re in the market for an Aerogarden under $100, you’re only going to get a small, bare-bones model. such as Six-pod Harvest Litewhich has no smart features and only one button to turn the lights on and off and set the schedule. The Bounty is a larger, heavier-duty model with nine pods, plus it has powerful lights and a long reach (24 inches) for larger plants like tomatoes and peppers.

Buttons and a front window make it easy to know when to add water or plant nutrients (included), set a timer, or start a vacation time when you’re away. (Inexpensive fields are often free of holidays.) It also works over Wi-Fi and can be set up with Alexa.

If you’ve been interested in growing your own salad greens, herbs, tomatoes, or peppers on your dining room table — and you should be, in this economy — this is the best option you’ll find year-round on a smoker-friendly, compact system.
