He must not hold a managerial position in other football clubs and must not be an active player, referee, coach or technician in those clubs at the time of announcing his candidacy.

The candidate must present a preliminary personal financial assessment from an institution registered with a Spanish bank covering at least 15% of the total (annual club) budget.
