Italian footballer Federico Chiesa is once again reviewing his situation with Liverpool in light of reports that suggest an Italian club could offer him a chance to play in the Champions League.

Chiesa’s return to the Italian league has been rumored every month since his first move from Juventus to Liverpool for €12m, plus up to €3m in add-ons in 2024.

Each time, the player reluctantly admits his time at Anfield has been a failure, hoping something will happen to give him the chance to shine.

Calciomercato.com have reported that the Como club, led by manager Cesc Fabregas, are ready to make an offer for the 28-year-old after he qualified for the Champions League just two years after being promoted from the second division.

But the team is facing a problem as there are almost no Italian players in the squad so it needs more players to meet the roster requirements and Chiesa could be the right choice.
