What did the Italian coach say?
Al Hilal coach Italian Simone Inzaghi expressed his extreme anger after Tuesday night’s 1-1 draw with Al Nasr, explaining that the referee had complimented Al Alami.
Al-Hilal took their tally to 78 points, 5 points behind Al-Nasr (83), while Al-Alami have a golden chance to clinch the title if they beat Damaq in the last round.
“I think the referee did Al-Nasr a compliment by not sending off Ali Al-Hassan as the player deserved to be sent off for his extreme recklessness.”

“We were better, especially in the first half hour, and scored a goal, but the referee decided to disallow it, which is a strange decision for me.”
He continued his speech. “Al-Nasr scared Al-Hilal in the last minutes and deliberately wasted time in a strange way and we will fight until the end.”
He continued. “I think the half-time was not enough, and even the eight minutes were not really played in full.”
He concluded. “In my opinion, Karim Benzema’s goal was correct and there was no offside because it was Brozovic who recovered the ball in the shot.”
