A surprise for Mexico against AAU

Mexico coach Javier Aguirre has announced his squad to face South Africa in the 2026 World Cup opener at the Mexico City Stadium on Thursday night.

Aguirre chose to keep the 40-year-old legendary goalkeeper Ochoa on the bench.
